Cancellations and/or refund requests must be sent to membership@justice.org no later than the date specified above. You may not transfer your registration to any future convention. All cancellations and refunds will apply to both your membership and your convention registration based on the use of the Convention Join & Go promotional bundle. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days following the request. You can substitute your registration and membership with another qualified non-member attorney in your firm for the same convention only at any time before the start of the Annual Convention (July 18, 2025). Substitutions for the same event are honored at any time for confirmed, paid registrants with requests sent to conventioncancellation@justice.org.No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after the date specified above. Â鶹´«Ã½has guaranteed attendance participation with event partners and venues. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Non-receipt of a confirmation registration before the event does not justify seeking a refund.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT: As an attendee at this Convention, I understand that I will have access to confidential, privileged, or proprietary information, including information concerning AAJ’s legislative and/or regulatory advocacy. I agree not to disclose or disseminate such information without the written permission of AAJ, except to persons I know to be plaintiff attorney members of Â鶹´«Ã½or members of an AAJ-affiliated trial lawyer organization. I further understand that if I knowingly and purposely violate this Agreement, my membership status in the Association will be reviewed and may be revoked; and I may be subjected to disciplinary charges, including, but not limited to, charges brought before state licensing boards. Upon request, I will provide my state bar identification number(s); and, if a Law Student Member, I will, upon request, identify the name of my law school or, if a Paralegal Affiliate Member or if registered as a Legal Administrator, will, upon request, identify the name of my Â鶹´«Ã½sponsoring attorney.
