Âé¶¹´«Ã½members can log in with their email address, member ID, or username. If you are not an Âé¶¹´«Ã½member but affirm you are an member of your state trial lawyer association, you can create an account with your email address and contribute to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½PAC.

How are Âé¶¹´«Ã½PAC dollars spent?

Âé¶¹´«Ã½PAC contributions support pro-civil-justice candidates. 

Âé¶¹´«Ã½PAC helps us protect the fundamental right to trial by jury. Protecting that right is not a Democratic or a Republican ideal—it is an American ideal.

Federal Election Law prohibits corporate contributions. Contributions to Âé¶¹´«Ã½PAC are voluntary and not tax deductible for federal tax purposes. In accordance with Federal Election Laws, Âé¶¹´«Ã½PAC cannot accept contributions from foreign nationals. Âé¶¹´«Ã½PAC accepts contributions only from Âé¶¹´«Ã½members, members of an affiliated State trial lawyer association, and their immediate families. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions to Âé¶¹´«Ã½PAC exceed $200 in a calendar year. You may refuse to contribute without any reprisal. The giving guidelines provided are suggestions only and you will not be favored or disadvantaged by reason of the amount you contribute.
